Five buildings have been completed at the community and 42 families have moved in to their homes. Full occupancy of all of the 84 manor home apartments is expected in November.

With the manor home design, each resident has their own private apartment entrance and many homes include a private garage. These innovative apartments provide the comfort of a single-family home with the amenities and affordability of an apartment community. Beautiful one, two, and three bedroom homes feature spacious floor plans with open great rooms, chic lighting, and energy efficient appliance packages.

The community clubhouse, fitness center, and business center provide residents with ideal amenities for today’s lifestyle. The Villages at Belle Hill also gives residents convenient access to I-95 for easy commutes to Baltimore, Wilmington, and Philadelphia.
